Dianne Sager
Baby Bud’s Director
Early in 2002, Dianne Sager joined the Belay Enterprises team as the
Director of Baby Bud’s. Prior to Baby Bud’s, she worked
in building service management for 18 years running a major local business
the last 10 years. Dianne decided to join Baby Bud’s because for
many years she has had a heart for ministry to hurting single mothers.
Since 1988, she has been active in her local church Open Door Fellowship
where she enjoys teaching bible studies and mentors several individuals.
During her free time, she enjoys outings with her family and six grandchildren.
She and her husband Wayne also like to travel.
Tom Rey
Bud’s Warehouse Director
Tom Rey joined Belay Enterprises in March 2004 after spending the previous
five years in sales and marketing for the medical industry. As Director
of Bud’s Warehouse, Tom is responsible for the job-training program
and retail operations of Bud’s Warehouse. He jumped at the opportunity
to work at Bud’s because it has provided an opportunity to combine
business and ministry. In his free time, Tom serves in various capacities
at Greenwood Community Church. He also likes to remodel his home and
spend as much time outdoors as possible.
Marc Veldhuizen
Good Neighbor Garage Director
Combining his love for cars and a desire to serve individuals rebuilding
lives, Marc Veldhuizen started Belay’s Good Neighbor Garage in
November of 2003. This new program grew out of his management of a similar
program over the last five years for his church, The Next Level. Mark’s
career has been one marked by variety. He spent two years as a service
manager in a Colorado dealership. This was preceded by three years of
experience as a mechanic, two years as a shop foreman, and one year
in auto parts retail. He also has been in construction management as
well as a member of the Copper Mountain Ski Patrol. In his free time,
Mark can be found flying model planes, mountain biking, remodeling his
mountain condo, or snow boarding.
